Booking Policy

  1. Reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at the time of booking.
  2. In some instances, a deposit will be required and must be received no less than one week prior to the expected arrival date.
  3. Full payment of accommodation to be made 48 hours prior to check in.
  4. Incidental charges are to be made at the time incurred.
  5. The provision of credit card details is the authority to debit any payment owing.
  6. The property may not be used to host clients, customers, or any form of in‑person business appointments. To maintain a safe and private environment for all guests, please ensure that no business‑related visitors come to the premises. 

Cancellation Policy

  1. A 48-hour cancellation policy applies to all bookings.
  2. Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made at least 48 hours prior to check-in dates, or you will be charged the full amount of the first changed or cancelled night or deposits being non-refundable.
  3. Longer cancellation periods may apply during peak periods. These policies will be advised at the time of your reservation.

Arrival and Departure

  1. Check-in time is from 1pm on the day of your arrival.
  2. Check out time is prior to 10am on the day you are leaving.
  3. Early check in or late check out can be requested, depending on room availability. Additional charges may be incurred.
